摘要
首先运用有限元软件建立电解铝槽单阳极模型,然后将模型关联到COMSOL中进行模拟仿真。目前在相同阳极炭块尺寸下,电解铝槽阳极钢爪的个数有3个、4个、5个、6个,本文模拟不同阳极钢爪个数下阳极电压降及分布,在此基础上对阳极结构进行改造,从而使阳极电压分布更加均匀,降低阳极压降,达到节能效果。
Firstly,a single anode model of aluminum pot is established with finite element software,and then the model is associated with COMSOL for simulation.At present,with the same anode carbon block size,there are three,four,five and six anode stubs in aluminum pots.This paper simulates the anode voltage drop and distribution with different anode stubs,on which basis the anode structure is transformed,so that the anode voltage distribution is more uniform,the anode voltage drop is reduced,and the energy conservation is achieved.
