摘要
本文主要针对炭素阳极煅烧烟气、电解铝烟气、氧化铝焙烧烟气在不同企业进行现场测试及监测分析,给出铝冶炼典型烟气中的SO_(2)、NO_(x)、颗粒物浓度组分、气氛组成等排放特征参数,研究了各工序烟气中影响SO_(2)浓度的因素及关系,确定了NO_(x)产生的类型。为烟气脱硫脱硝的方案确定提供依据。
This paper mainly focuses on the field test,monitoring and analysis of carbon anode calcination fume,aluminum fume and alumina baking fume in different enterprises,which provides emission characteristic parameters of SO_(2),NO_(x),particle concentration composition and atmosphere composition in typical aluminum smelting fume,and studies factors and relations that affect the SO_(2) concentration in each process to determine the type of NO_(x).It provides basis for the determination of fume desulfurization and denitrification plan.
