摘要 将电解铝废烟气用于自备电厂助燃氧气源,对降低电解铝行业能耗和污染物处理有重要意义。本文将电解铝废烟气用于自备电厂助燃氧气源,通过对自备电厂发电系统进行改造,在不影响电厂系统正常运行的情况下,有效回收了电解铝废烟气余热,提高了烟气余热利用率;通过电厂污染物脱除系统进行污染物脱除,实现了电解铝废烟气污染物超低排放,且不会导致电厂污染物脱除系统过高负荷;此外,经济性评价的结果表明:能够有效的提高企业的经济效益。 It is significant to reduce energy consumption and treat pollutants of aluminum industry by using the waste gas from aluminum electrolysis as combustion-supporting oxygen source in the captive power plant.In this paper,the waste gas from aluminum electrolysis is used as the combustion-supporting oxygen source in the captive power plant.By transforming the power generation system of the captive power plant,the waste heat of the waste gas from aluminum electrolysis is effectively recovered and the utilization rate of the waste heat is improved without affecting the normal system operation of the power plant.With the removal of pollutants through the pollutant removal system of the power plant,the ultra-low emission of pollutants from the waste gas of aluminum electrolysis has been achieved,without excessive load of the pollutants removal system as well.In addition,the economic evaluation results show that it can effectively improve the economic benefits of companies.
