摘要
向阳闸是北京市潮白河湿地的一个控制工程,安全鉴定结论发现闸墩局部存在混凝土表面冻融剥蚀、翼墙多处存在裂缝和缺损、横梁有大量黑色菌藻附着的现象,其中裂缝宽度在0.1~0.5mm,缝深已超过钢筋保护层厚度。为保证混凝土结构耐久性和整体性,采用水利部科技推广中心认定的水利先进实用技术"纳米胶"对翼墙和闸墩进行防护和修复,达到很好的裂缝修补和防碳化效果。
Xiangyang sluice is a control project of The Chaobai Reservoir wetland in Beijing.The safety evaluation results show that there are some freeze-thaw erosion on the concrete surface,cracks and defects in many wing walls,and a large number of black bacteria and algae attached to the beams in the sluice block.The crack width is 0.1~0.5 mm,and the crack depth exceeds the thickness of the reinforcement protection layer.In order to ensure the durability and integrity of the c on crete structure,the wing wall and gate pier are protected and repaired with “Nano-rubber”,the advanced practical technology of water conservancy identified by the science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Water Resources,so as to achieve good crack repair and carbonization prevention effect.
