摘要
对某一汽车连杆工件WD-2的图像处理方法进行分析。考虑到需要在背景中有效识别该工件的特征,提出一种新的规则加入到图像滤波方法中。借助Halcon软件实现图像获取、去噪、边缘灰度最大化处理,以及特征提取。在现有文献中,基本是以单个规则对图像进行处理,无法满足对特定目标的特征识别要求。因此,提出一种结合两个规则的滤波方法。设置两组实验,一组采用单个规则方法,另外一组采用加入新规则的方法。将得到的效果图进行Imagetest软件评测以及识别率比较,加入新规则的方法得到了最理想的结果,从而验证了该方法更适用于处理WD-2汽车连杆工件的图像。
The image processing method of a certain automobile connecting rod WD-2 is analyzed.Considering the need to effectively identify the characteristics of the workpiece in the background,a new rule was added to the image filtering method.We used Halcon software,including image acquisition,denoising,edge grayscale maximization and feature extraction.In the existing literature,image processing was basically based on a single rule,which cannot meet the requirement of feature recognition for specific targets.Therefore,a filtering method combining two rules was proposed.Two sets of experiments were set up.One used a single rule method,and the other used the method of adding a new rule.The result was evaluated by the Imagetest software,and the most desired result was obtained by adding a new rule,thus verifying that the new method is more suitable for processing the image of the automobile connecting rod WD-2.
