摘要
针对小青菜播种过程中存在的机械化水平低,机型与农艺不匹配等问题,设计了一款气吸式小青菜播种机。通过理论计算和分析,确定了开沟器以及排种器的关键结构参数。将所设计的播种机进行田间测试,测出整机播种量为4.08 kg/hm^(2);各行播量一致性的标准差为0.12 g,变异系数为3.1%;总播量稳定性的标准差为0.97 g,变异系数为2.8%。结果表明:该播种机播种性能稳定,为小青菜等小粒径种子的播种提供了重要参考。
Taking into consideration the challenges of low mechanization levels coupled with mismatch between models and agronomy in greens-sowing processes in China,an air suction seeder was designed.Using theoretical calculation and analysis,the key parameters of coulter and seed-metering mechanism were determined.After field testing,the seed rate of was 4.08 kg/hm^(2),the standard deviation of the displacement coefficient of the whole machine was 0.12 g,and the coefficient of variation was 3.1%.The standard deviation of the total displacement stability was 0.97 g,and the coefficient of variation was 2.8%.The experimental results show that the seeding performance of the seeder was stable,which provides an important reference for the seeding of small diameter seeds.
