职业生涯周期理论下开放大学教师协同培训模式探索——基于一所基层学习中心的个案

On the Synergic Training Model of Teachers in Open Universities based on the Theory of Career Cycle——A case study of a branch learning center

摘要 我国高等教育的战略转型使得现代远程开放教育产生变革性的变化,面对急剧变革的内外部教育环境和新的要求,变革成功与否,开放大学事业能否蓬勃发展,关键在教师。只有教师的素质水平不断提升,才能有远程开放教育的高质量。开放大学必须立足基层发展,构建适合基层开放大学教师的培训体系。对SH市PD区的个案研究发现,开放大学教师培训生态失衡,体现为教师培训体系多元主体缺位、组织架构单一、协同运行机制失衡、质量制度保障匮乏,制约基层开放大学教师专业发展的原因存在于教师职业生涯周期的每一个阶段。在不同职业生涯周期下,从学校生态的改善着手,提出基层开放大学教师培训困境的协同改善策略。 The strategic transformation of China’s higher education has brought revolution changes in modern distance education.With rapid internal and external changing educational environment and new requirements,whether distance education is successful or not depends on teachers.Only with the long-term improvement of teachers’ quality,it will be the high quality of distance education.Open universities should be based on grassroots development and build a training system suitable for grassroots open university teachers.The case study of PD District of SH city found that the ecological imbalance of teacher training in open universities is reflected in the absence of multiple subjects in the teacher training system,single organizational structure,unbalanced synergic operation mechanism and lack of quality system guarantee.The confinement factor of the professional teachers’ development in grassroots open universities lies in each stage of teachers’ career cycle.From the improvement of school ecology in different career cycles,this paper puts forward the coordinated improvement strategy of teacher training dilemma in grassroots open universities.
