后疫情时代成人教育思政课混合式教学模式变革探究——以开放教育为例

On the Reform of the Mixed Teaching Mode of Ideological and Political Courses of Adult Education in the Post-epidemic Era——A case study of open education

由于面对不同的学生群体,成人教育思政课的教学模式长期以来和普通高校存在较大差异。这一模式存在"重形式轻实效""重线上轻线下""重结果轻过程"等诸多弊端,不利于发挥思政课的主渠道作用。进入后疫情时代,成人教育思政课呈现出了新的境遇,课堂讲授日益成为关键环节,线上思政的重要性愈发突显,实践教学逐渐成为一种新常态。混合式教学模式从教学理念、教学手段、考核评价等方面,更切合当前成人教育思政课的需求,能够有效解决其存在的问题。以混合式教学模式推进成人教育思政课变革,要严格执行教学计划,强化线下面授辅导;不断完善在线平台,落实网上学习过程;充分依托线上线下,丰富实践教学环节。最为关键的是,要加强思政课教师队伍建设,不断提升整体素质。

Due to different student groups,the teaching mode of ideological and political courses of adult education has been quite different from that in the regular institutions of higher learning for a long time.This mode has many shortcomings,such as emphasis on form,online and result,neglect of effectiveness,offline and process,which is not conducive to the main channel function of ideological and political courses.In the post-epidemic era,the ideological and political courses of adult education have presented new conditions,classroom teaching increasingly becoming a key link,the importance of online ideological and political education becoming more prominent,and practical teaching gradually becoming a new normal.From the aspects of teaching concepts,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation,the mixed teaching mode could be suited for the needs of the current ideological and political courses of adult education,and effectively solve its existing problems.To promote the reform of ideological and political courses of adult education with a mixed teaching mode,we should strictly implement the teaching plan and strengthen the offline tutoring,continuously improve the online platform and implement the online learning process,fully rely on online and offline to enrich the practical teaching links.The most important thing is to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers and continuously improve the overall quality.
