尼山书院是山东省创新推出的公共服务新模式,以"图书馆+书院"整合文化资源,发挥公共空间文化服务功能,打造文化品牌,传承优秀传统文化。从成人教育视角出发,以山东省尼山书院为分析对象,梳理其管理运作与实践举措,探究其在文化传承中的功能路径及特点,可为未来成人教育文化传承使命的践行提供一定启迪。

Nishan Academy is an innovative new public service model launched by Shandong Province.It integrates cultural resources through "library + academy",makes use of the cultural service function of public space,builds a cultural brand,and inherits excellent traditional culture.From the perspective of adult education,taking Nishan Academy of Shandong Province as the object of analysis,it can provide certain inspiration for the cultural inheritance mission of adult education in the future by sorting out its management operations and practical measures,and exploring its functional paths and characteristics in cultural inheritance.
