摘要
戈壁盐渍土地区水泥稳定碎石基层沥青路面拱胀已严重威胁着道路行车安全,为了消除拱胀对道路行车安全的影响,文章以G331线北银根至路井段K313+000~K313+200作为试验路段,采取了沿行车方向每隔200m设置一道宽度50cm消胀槽处置措施,消胀槽填充料分别为级配碎石、ATB-25两种材料,同时在两种消胀槽处安装了温度、变形传感器进行温度、变形监测。结果表明:设置消胀槽路段水稳基层的变形能力明显优于未设路段,ATB-25消胀槽在允许基层变形效果上明显好于级配碎石消胀槽。
The arch expansion of cement stabilized macadam base asphalt pavement in the Gobi saline soil area has seriously threatened the road traffic safety.To eliminate the influence of arch expansion on the road traffic safety,this study took K313+000~K313+200 of the highway from Beiyingen to Lujing section of National Highway 331 as the experimental section and adopted the disposal measure of setting a 50 cm width expansion groove every 200 m along the driving direction.The filling materials of the expansion groove were graded gravel and ATB-25,respectively.At the same time,the temperature and deformation sensors were installed at the two expansion grooves for temperature and deformation monitoring.The results show that the deformation capacity of the water-stable base in the section with expansion groove is significantly better than that in the section without expansion groove,and the deformation effect of the ATB-25 expansion groove is significantly better than that of the graded gravel expansion groove.
