疼痛护理联合心理疏导对痔疮手术患者康复的影响

Effect of Pain Nursing Combined with Psychological Counseling on Rehabilitation of Patients with Hemorrhoids

目的探讨对痔疮手术患者实施疼痛护理联合心理疏导的效果。方法选择2020年2月—2021年2月沈阳市肛肠医院收治的痔疮手术患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者采用疼痛护理联合心理疏导,比较两组的护理效果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组术后12 h疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分为(2.61±0.38)分,对照组为(4.57±0.92)分;观察组术后首次排便时间为(41.2±3.9)h,对照组为(61.2±8.3)h;观察组住院时间为(4.6±1.7)d,对照组为(8.6±1.8)d;观察组并发症发生率为3.8%,对照组为13.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用疼痛护理联合心理疏导对痔疮手术患者效果较好,有助于缓解术后疼痛,促进早期排便,从而缩短了住院时间,并减少了术后并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with psychological counseling on patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 160 patients with hemorrhoids treated in Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were treated with pain nursing combined with psychological counseling.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of nursing quality,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain at 12 hours after operation in the observation group was(2.61±0.38)and that in the control group was(4.57±0.92).The first defecation time was(41.2±3.9)h in the observation group and(61.2±8.3)h in the control group,respectively.The hospitalization time of the observation group was(4.6±1.7)d and that of the control group was(8.6±1.8)d.The incidence of complications was 3.8%in the observation group and 13.8%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing combined with psychological counseling is effective for patients with hemorrhoids,which is helpful to relieve postoperative pain and promote early defecation,so as to shorten the hospital stay and reduce postoperative complications.
