应用ERBE200s工作站切除结肠亚蒂息肉的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Pure Electrocoagulation Resection of Colonic Sub Pedicle Polyps by ERBE200s Workstation

目的回顾性分析结肠亚蒂息肉患者分别接受纯凝切除术与电凝电切混合切除术(ENDOCUT)的治疗效果。方法选取辽宁电力中心医院2019年1月20日—12月30日收治的结肠亚蒂息肉患者160例,依据手术方式分为纯凝组(80例患者,128枚息肉)和混凝组(80例患者,132枚息肉)。纯凝组采用纯凝切除术进行治疗;混凝组采用ENDOCUT进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、息肉完整切除率及治愈率、复发率及使用止血夹的数量,并对安全性及并发症的产生原因进行分析。结果两组患者手术的手术时间、住院天数、息肉完整切除率、治愈率、复发率、电凝综合征及穿孔发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但纯凝组止血夹使用数量明显高于混凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),纯凝组术中出血量及迟发性消化道出血发生率显著低于混凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERBE200s工作站纯凝切除结肠亚蒂息肉具有术中失血量少及迟发性消化道出血发生率低的特点,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effects of pure electrocoagulation resection and electrocoagulation combined with resection(Endo cut)in patients with colonic sub-pedicle polyps.Methods A total of 160 patients with colonic sub-pedicle polyps treated in Liaoning Electric Power Central Hospital from January 20th to December 30th,2019 were randomly divided into pure coagulation group(80 patients,128 polyps)and coagulation group(80 patients,132 polyps).Pure coagulation group was treated with pure electrocoagulation resection,and the coagulation group was treated with endo cut.The operation time,complete polyp resection rate,cure rate,recurrence rate and the number of hemostatic clips were compared between the two groups,and the safety and causes of complications were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,hospital stay,complete polyp resection rate,cure rate,recurrence rate,electrocoagulation syndrome and perforation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the number of hemostatic clips used in the pure coagulation group was significantly higher than that in the coagulation group(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of delayed gastrointestinal bleeding in the pure coagulation group were significantly lower than those in the coagulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERBE200s workstation has the characteristics of less intraoperative blood loss and low incidence of delayed gastrointestinal bleeding.
