孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者的疗效

The Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Salmeterol and Fluticasone on Patients with Asthma Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Overlap Syndrome

目的研究孟鲁司特钠及沙美特罗替卡松(salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate,SXAFP)对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(Asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome,ACOS)患者的疗效。方法选取2018年4月—2020年3月于盘锦市中心医院进行治疗的ACOS患者124例,以随机数法将其分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组应用SXAFP进行治疗;观察组联合应用孟鲁司特钠和SXAFP进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,对照组治疗总有效率为67.74%,观察组总有效率为85.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC及FeNO均有所改善,但观察组改善更为明显,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ACOS患者联合应用孟鲁司特钠及SXAFP进行治疗,可以有效改善其临床症状及肺功能,并降低外周血FeNO,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with salmeterol and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate(SXAFP)on the patients with Asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods A total of 124 patients with ACOS treated in Panjin Central Hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(62 cases in each group).The control group was treated with SXAFP;The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium and sxafp.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of treatment,the total effective rate was 67.74%in the control group and 85.48%in the observation group,respectively(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,FEV_(1)%,FEV_(1)/FVC and FeNO in the two groups were significantly improved,but the improvement in the observation group was more obvious,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with SXAFP can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and pulmonary function in the treatment of ACOS,which is worthy of clinical application.
