"三全育人"是新时代下高职院校人才培养必须遵循的教育理念和实践路径。以新商科教育为例,高职院校应准确把握"三全育人"内涵体系及实践要求,在教育系统论视域下实施大思政教育,从构建服务产业高端的高水平专业群,搭建"思想领航·技术引领"的专业课程体系,搭建"素养嵌入·项目贯通"实践育人体系,打造一体化"匠心财经"文化育人品牌,打造"铸魂强师"教育工匠团队,创新基于学生职业能力画像的教育评价模式等方面重塑商科人才培养新生态,加快培养有家国情怀和城市印记的复合型创新型商科技术技能人才。

"Three-wide education"is the educational philosophy and practice path that must be followed in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Taking the new business education as an example,higher vocational colleges should accurately grasp the connotation system and practical requirements of the"three-wide education",and implement major ideological and political education from the perspective of education system theory,to reshape the new ecology of business talent training from aspects like building a high-level major cluster which focusing on the high-end of industry,building an"ideological-piloting and technology-leading"curriculum system,constructing a"quality-embedding and project-connecting"practical education system,creating an integrated"ingenuity finance and economics"cultural education brand,creating a"soul-casting and strong"education and craftsman team,and innovating the educational evaluation model based on the professional ability portrait of students,thus to accelerate the cultivation of composite and innovative business technical and skilled talents with family and national sentiments and urban imprints.
