摘要
对于高职院校学前教育专业学生来说,职前实习是教师专业发展生涯的起始,更是教师专业发展的基石。基于教师专业发展理论,对高职院校学前教育专业学生的实习问题进行实证研究,发现学前实习教师专业发展存在专业课程设置孤岛化、专业理论应用流于形式、理论学习在实践场域中无效、实习评价机制无法实现"以评促学"等问题,据此提出加强课程协同、突出实践场域、注重表现性评价的对策建议。
For students majoring in pre-school education in higher vocational colleges,the internship is the beginning of a teacher’s professional development career,and it is also the cornerstone of teacher professional development.Based on the theory of teacher professional development,empirical research on the internship problems of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges has been carried out.It is found that the specialty curriculum is islanded,the application of specialty theory is a formality,theoretical learning is ineffective in the field of practice,and the evaluation mechanism of internship cannot be realized."Using evaluation to promote learning"is the main problem in the professional development of preschool intern teachers.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen curriculum coordination,highlight the field of practice,and focus on performance evaluation.
