现代学徒制试点项目教育评价实证研究——以广东建设职业技术学院现代学徒制试点为例

An Empirical Study on the Educational Evaluation of the Pilot Project of Modern Apprenticeship——A Case Study of the Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Project of Guangdong Construction Polytechnic

现代学徒制试点项目评价是学徒制持续发展的重要环节,以教育评价引领"三教改革"是当前现代学徒制探索和研究的难点。以教育部第二批工程造价专业(BIM方向)学徒制试点项目首届毕业班为研究对象,梳理试点班招工招生、就业、双主体培养、企业专项投入数据,对照构建的三级指标体系展开结果评价、过程评价、增值评价、综合评价,反思项目实施过程、绩效表现、可持续发展等方面存在的问题,包括:企业主体投入产出失衡,企业对项目的满意度偏低;教学资源建设、教法研究能力明显不足;学徒管理制度执行不力,全员育人意识有待加强。提高现代学徒制人才培养质量、彰显中国特色落脚点在课堂,在于教师、教材、教法的质量。要着力提高教师团队建设水平,培养优秀教师;要高标准研制教材,规范教学内容;要创新教学法,持续推进课堂教学革命。

The evaluation of modern apprenticeship pilot projects is an important part of the sustainable development of apprenticeship.Leading"the reform of three educational elements"with educational evaluation is a difficult point in the exploration and research of modern apprenticeship.Taking the first graduating class of the apprenticeship pilot project of the second batch of engineering cost majors(BIM direction)of the Ministry of Education as the research object,sorting out the data on recruitment,employment,double-subject training,and enterprise special investment in the pilot classes,and developing result evaluation,process evaluation,value-added evaluation,and comprehensive evaluation against the constructed three-level indicator system,reflecting on the problems existing in the project implementation process,performance,sustainable development,etc.,which including the imbalance of input and output of the main body of the enterprise,and the low satisfaction of the enterprise with the project;the construction of teaching resources,and the teaching method research ability is obviously insufficient;the implementation of the apprenticeship management system is not effective,and the awareness of all-staff education needs to be strengthened.Improving the quality of modern apprenticeship training lies in the quality of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,and highlighting the Chinese characteristics in the classroom.It should be focused on improving the level of teacher team building and cultivating outstanding teachers;developing teaching materials with high standards and standardizing teaching content;innovating teaching methods and continuing to promote the classroom teaching revolution.
