随着旅游业态的变化,旅游业的发展对新型旅游人才队伍建设提出了新的要求。新型旅游人才主要应当是创新型人才、复合型人才、跨界型人才。三者有相同的方面,也有内在的区别。新型旅游人才的培养,应从顶层设计抓起,创新培养机制,注重高层级培养、对外合作培养和联合培养,重视研究旅游人才成长规律。

With the changes of tourism industry,the development of tourism industry puts forward new requirements for the construction of new tourism talent team.The new type of tourism talents should mainly be innovative talents,compound talents,and cross-border talents.The three have the same aspects,but also have inherent differences.The training of new tourism talents should start from the top-level design,innovate the training mechanism,pay attention to high-level training,foreign cooperation training and joint training,and pay attention to the study of the growth law of tourism talents.
