农村基层党组织在全面推进乡村振兴中发挥着政治保障、为民服务、推进治理、激发创新、培养乡贤等基本功能,这既是农村基层党组织的政治属性体现,也是全面推进乡村振兴的客观需要。当前,全面推进乡村振兴过程中,存在农村基层党组织治理碎片化、队伍分散化,以及农村创新动能不足、个体政治自觉与素养有待进一步增强等问题。为此,借助全面推进乡村振兴这一宏大叙事的战略载体,从强化政治意识、涵养人民情怀、提升治理水平、激发创新动能、培养乡贤头雁等方面审视并建构凝聚基层党组织的功能维度,提升农村基层党组织乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,确保其战斗堡垒作用有效发挥,以及促进农村经济社会高质量发展,具有积极意义。

Rural grass-roots party organizations play the basic functions of political guarantee,serving the people,promoting governance,stimulating innovation,and cultivating rural sages,which is not only the embodiment of the political attribute of rural grass-roots party organizations,but also the objective need of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.At present,in the process of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way,there are some problems,such as fragmented governance of rural grass-roots party organizations,scattered ranks,insufficient kinetic energy of rural innovation,and further enhancement of individual political consciousness and accomplishment.Therefore,with the strategic carrier of comprehensively promoting the grand narrative of rural revitalization,it is of positive significance to examine and construct the functional dimension of cohesion of grass-roots party organizations from the aspects of strengthening political awareness,conserving people's feelings,improving governance level,stimulating innovation kinetic energy,cultivating rural talents and geese,enhancing the modernization level of rural governance system and governance capacity of rural grass-roots party organizations,ensuring their effective role as fighting bastions,and promoting the high-quality development of rural economy and society.
