“没有全民健康,就没有全面小康。”[1]在推动实施乡村振兴战略的关键时间点新型冠状病毒的暴发,严重威胁“全民健康”。党的十九届五中全会对全面推进乡村振兴战略进行了全面部署,疫情暴发对乡村振兴战略的推进带来了极大的挑战。为保障乡村振兴战略顺利实施,推进实施农村疫情防控常态化已是刻不容缓。

Without national health,there can be no comprehensive well-off.The novel coronavirus outbreak is a serious threat to the health of the whole people at a critical time point to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made an overall plan to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,and the outbreak of the epidemic brought great challenges to the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in rural areas,it is urgent topromote the implementation of the normalization of rural epidemic prevention and control.
