摘要
为研究兔粪有机无机复混肥作为基肥施用对猕猴桃果实品质的影响,通过2个不同兔粪配方基肥与常规复合肥施肥对照试验,结果表明:施用兔粪专用基肥的2个试验组均能显著提高猕猴桃果实的外观指标,说明应用兔粪专用基肥有助于果实的发育和果形的膨大,且横向膨大率大于纵向;对照组果肉颜色最深,试验1组的果皮和果肉的红色组分均最高,试验2组的果实偏黄,说明对照组成熟度可能相对更高;对照的可溶性固形物最高,但试验1组和试验2组的Vc含量、糖含量较对照组高,试验1组的酸含量高于试验2组和对照组,试验2组和对照组的固酸比、糖酸比极显著高于试验1组,固酸比表现为对照组>试验2组>试验1组,糖酸比表现为试验2组>对照组>试验1组,所以对照组仅是可溶性固形物高及成熟度高,并不是品质最好,而试验1组虽然糖含量也比较高,但酸含量也高,可能是成熟度不够,降酸还没完成的结果,整体来看,试验2组的品质最佳,成熟度适中,糖和Vc含量最高,且酸含量也较低。兔粪有机无机复混肥作为基肥施用有助于猕猴桃内在品质的提升,尤其是试验2组更有利于内在品质的提高,试验1组有利于花青素的积累,且试验组会略延迟果实的成熟,有利于错峰上市。
In order to confirm the effects of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer based on rabbit feces on fruit quali-ty of kiwifruit as base fertilizer, the experiment was conducted. a conventional compound fertilizer was design as control, two different compound fertilizers based on rabbit feces was design as treatments. The results showed that: Rabbit feces fertilizer can significantly improved the fruit-shape index of kiwifruit for the two treatment, and made forpromoting development of fruit, and enlarged the whole fruit size, yet larger extent in transverse direction than that inlongitudinal direction. The flesh color of the control was the darkest, the pericarp and flesh of the treatment-1 wasthe reddest, the pericarp of the treatment-2 was yellowish, indicating that the maturity of the control was highest inthe groups. Obviously, rabbit feces fertilizer can be delayed significantly maturity of the fruit. The content of total soluble solids was the highest for control, the content of vitamin c and sugar higher for treatment-1 and treatment-2 compared with that of the control group. The content of acid treatment-1 was higher than treatment-2 and the control, solid-acid ratio, sugar-acid ratio significantly was higher for treatment-2 and control than that of treatment-1.order of solid-acid ratio was control > treatment-2 > treatment-1, order of sugar-acid ratio was treatment-2 > con-trol > treatment-1, Obviously, rabbit feces fertilizer can improve quality of fruit, yet immaturity of fruit lowed less ac-id content which need retard harvesting. Overall, fruit of treatment-2 had the best quality, moderate maturity, high-est sugar and vitamin C content, and low acid content. Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer based on rabbit fecesfertilizer was beneficial to the improvement of fruit quality for kiwi, treatment-2 was conducive to the fruit quality,treatment-1 was conducive to the anthocyanins accumulation, and rabbit feces fertilizer slightly delayed fruit ripen-ing, which availed stagpeak-listing.
