陕西省政策性银行支持制造业高质量发展的路径研究

Research on the path of policy banks supporting the high quality development of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province

作为制造业大省,陕西省的产业升级离不开金融的支持。为更好推进陕西省制造业高质量发展,本文以政策性银行为出发点,以陕西制造业产业升级为研究对象,试图通过系统性的分析研究,用经济学的理论深入探讨以下问题:第一,陕西省制造业的比较优势研究;第二,陕西制造业升级的未来路径研究;第三,围绕金融支持模式、新型金融工具等提出政策性金融服务陕西省制造业的5个结合点;最后,针对陕西省的具体情况,从拓展低成本资金来源、完善分险补偿机制两方面提出政策性银行服务制造业的具体对策建议,期望对政策向银行支持制造业发展、优化信贷结构、实现经营转型提供实践指导意义。

As a big manufacturing province, the transformation and upgrading of Shaanxi Province is inseparable from financial support. In order to better promote the high-quality development of Shaanxi manufacturing industry, this paper takes the policy banks as the starting point, takes the upgrading of Shaanxi manufacturing industry as the research object,and attempts to explore the following problems with the theory of economics through systematic analysis and research:first, the comparative advantage of Shaanxi manufacturing industry;Second, the future path of manufacturing upgrading in Shaanxi Province;Thirdly, it puts forward five combination points of policy financial services for manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province around financial support mode and new financial instruments;Finally, in view of the specific situation of Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for policy banks to serve the manufacturing industry from two aspects: expanding the source of low-cost funds and improving the risk sharing compensation mechanism, hoping to provide practical guidance for policy banks to support the development of manufacturing industry, optimize the credit structure and realize business transformation.
