摘要 切割揉碎装置中刀架对秸秆切割揉碎方捆机的性能有重要影响。为避免作业过程中出现刀架结构强度不足和共振问题,运用SolidWorks软件建立秸秆切割揉碎方捆机的三维模型,将刀架模型简化后导入ANSYS Workbench软件,并对其分别进行静力学和模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:刀架在静载荷下最大位移为0.2593 mm、最大应力为54.77 MPa,小于刀架材料Q345的屈服强度极限。模态分析结果表明:刀架前20阶固有频率的范围为32.61~257.83 Hz,与拖拉机产生的激励频率0~15 Hz不在同一区间内,因此秸秆切割方捆机在作业时不会产生共振现象。田间试验结果表明:秸秆切割揉碎方捆机纯工作小时生产率为4.49 t/h,成捆率为98.5%,规则草捆率为97.01%,抗摔率为95.52%,试验指标符合试验要求,刀架综合性能满足设计要求。 The knife rest in the cutting and crushing device is an important bearing part in the straw cutting square baler,which impacts the performance of the straw cutting square baler.In order to avoid the problem of insufficient structural strength and resonance of the turret during the operation,a three-dimensional model of the straw cutting square baler was established by using SolidWorks software,and the simplified turret model was imported into ANSYS Workbench software for static and modal analysis.The static analysis results showed that the maximum displacement and stress of the tool holder under static load were 0.2593 mm and 54.77 MPa,which were less than the yield strength limit of Q345.The modal analysis results showed that the range of the first 20 natural frequencies of the cutter head was 32.61-257.83 Hz,which was different from the excitation frequency 0-15 Hz generated by the tractor,so the straw cutting square baler will not produce a resonance phenomenon during operation.The field test results showed that the pure working hour productivity of the straw cutting and kneading square baler was 4.49 t/h,the baling rate was 98.5%,the regular straw baling rate was 97.01%,and the fall resistance rate was 95.52%.The test indexes met the test requirements,and the comprehensive performance of the tool rest met the design requirements.
