罗伊氏乳杆菌对小儿轮状病毒感染肠炎的疗效及其对患儿肠道菌群与胃肠激素的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:研究罗伊氏乳杆菌对小儿轮状病毒感染肠炎的疗效及对患儿肠道菌群与胃肠激素的影响。方法:将113例轮状病毒感染肠炎患儿按照治疗方式不同分为观察组(n=57,罗伊氏乳杆菌联合蒙脱石散、枯草杆菌二联活菌治疗)和常规组(n=56,蒙石脱散联合枯草杆菌二联活菌治疗),均治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能、炎性因子水平、肠道菌群、胃肠激素水平。结果:观察组治疗效果的总体有效率(94.74%)高于常规组(82.14%)(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、T淋巴细胞亚群比值(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))均高于常规组,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10水平低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组正常及Ⅰ级肠道菌群患儿占比(96.49%、3.51%)均高于常规组(76.79%、16.07%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平(P<0.05)。结论:罗伊氏乳杆菌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染肠炎的疗效显著,可增强患儿免疫力,降低炎性因子水平,促进肠道菌群及胃肠激素水平的恢复。 Objective:To explore the effects of Lactobacillus reuteri in the treatment of rotavirus infection enteritis in children and its influence on the intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:113 children with rotavirus infection enteritis were selected and divided into observation group(n=57,Lactobacillus reuteri combined with Montmorillonite powder,Bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium) and conventional group(n=56,Montmorillonite powder combined with Bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium) according to the different treatment methods,all of which were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,and immune function,levels of inflammatory factors,intestinal flora and levels of gastrointestinal hormones before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of(94.74%) in observation group was significantly higher than(82.14%) in conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA) and T lymphocyte subset ratio(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)) in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05),and the levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-10 were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The proportions of children with normal intestinal flora and grade I intestinal flora of(96.49%,3.51%) in observation group were significantly higher than(76.79%,16.07%) in conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus reuteri has a significant efficacy in the treatment of rotavirus infection enteritis in children,and it can enhance the immunity,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormones levels.
