乌司他丁急诊治疗多发伤的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:分析乌司他丁急诊治疗多发伤的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2020年3月收治多发伤患者80例,按随机数学表法不同分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上再接受乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原时间水平均低于对照组,血小板计数水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ICU住院时间及总住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将乌司他丁用于急诊多发伤的治疗中,安全高效,可明显改善患者凝血功能,缩短住院时间。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin in emergency treatment of multiple injuries.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with multiple injuries were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to random digital table method with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group received ulinastatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen,activated partial prothrombin time and prothrombin time in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the platelet count level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU length of stay and total length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin is safe and efficient in the emergency treatment of multiple injuries,which can significantly improve the coagulation function and shorten the hospital stay of patients.
