腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石并胆囊息肉的有效率分析

Analysis of Effective Rate of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Treatment of Gallstone and Gallbladder Polyps

目的:观察腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石并胆囊息肉的有效率。方法:2018年9月-2020年9月收治胆结石并胆囊息肉患者80例,采取方便抽样法平均分为两组。对照组应用传统开腹手术治疗;试验组采用腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组研究对象的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后视觉模拟评分法评分及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石并胆囊息肉效果理想,能够显著减少手术失血量,缩短手术和住院时间,且术后相关并发症较少,具有较高的治疗安全性,对术后恢复具有重要意义。

Objective:To observe the efficiency of endoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones and gallbladder polyps.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020,80 patients with gallstones and gallbladder polyps were treated and divided into two equal groups by convenient sampling method.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy surgery.The experimental group was treated with endoscopic cholecystectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the overall response rate of subjects between two group(P>0.05);The operative time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss volume,anal exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative visual analogue scale score and postoperative complication rate in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones and gallbladder polyps has an ideal effect,which can significantly reduce the amount of blood loss volume,shorten the duration of surgery and hospital stay,and induce less postoperative complications,with high treatment safety,and is of great significance for postoperative recovery.
