醒脑静注射液结合神经生长因子对重症颅脑损伤患儿临床疗效、肝功能的影响研究

Effect of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Nerve Growth Factor on Clinical Efficacy and Liver Function in Children with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的:观察醒脑静注射液结合神经生长因子对重症颅脑损伤患儿疗效及肝功能的影响。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治重症颅脑损伤患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受神经生长因子治疗,观察组给予醒脑静注射液结合神经生长因子治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后凝血酶原时间、血红蛋白量及血小板水平均高于对照组,活化部分凝血酶原时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液结合神经生长因子对患儿重症颅脑损伤的治疗效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with nerve growth factor on clinical efficacy and liver function in children with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,80 children with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nerve growth factor.The observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection combined with nerve growth factor.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TBIL,ALT and AST in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,prothrombin time,hemoglobin and platelet levels were higher than those in the control group,and activated partial prothrombin time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing Injection combined with nerve growth factor is remarkable,effective and safe in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury in children.
