2型糖尿病患者饮食与运动行为的护理干预效果观察

Observation on Nursing Intervention Effect on Diet and Exercise Behavior of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的:评价给予2型糖尿病患者饮食与运动行为护理干预的效果。方法:2019年1月-2021年1月收治2型糖尿病患者92例,按照入院时间先后顺序分为两组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组采用饮食与运动行为的护理干预。比较两组患者血糖控制效果、自我管理能力及临床治疗依从性。结果:观察组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对2型糖尿病患者采取饮食与运动行为的护理干预,不仅能稳定和控制患者血糖水平,还能有效指导其增强自身管理水平,规范治疗行为。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on diet and exercise behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,92 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups according to the chronological order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group received the nursing intervention of diet and exercise behavior.Blood glucose control effect,self-management ability and clinical treatment compliance of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability in all aspects in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of diet and exercise behavior for patients with type 2 diabetes can not only stabilize and control their blood glucose level,but also effectively guide them to enhance their own management level and standardize their treatment behavior.
