医护一体化护理模式应用于内镜下黏膜切除术患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis on Integrated Nursing Model of Medical Staff in Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Mucosal Resection

目的:探讨分析医护一体化护理模式应用于内镜下黏膜切除术患者的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年3月行内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的患者60例,随机数表法分为两组,各30例。试验组采用医护一体化护理模式;对照组给予常规护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组首次排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理模式应用于内镜下黏膜切除术患者,较传统护理模式效果显著,是一种值得推广的护理方式。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of integrated nursing model of medical staff in patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection.Methods:From December 2019 to March 2020,60 patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the integrated nursing model of medical staff.The control group was given routine nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the first exhaust time,hospital stay and complication rate were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional nursing model,the effect of integrated nursing model of medical staff applied to patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection is better.It is a nursing mode worthy of promotion.
