高校参与乡村产业发展模式:巩固拓展月亮山区脱贫攻坚成果的实践与探索

Colleges&Universities’Participation Mode in Rural Industry Development:Practice&Exploration of Consolidating&Expanding the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation in Moon Mountain Area

高等院校以积极姿态主动参与乡村产业发展,既是国家实施乡村振兴战略的客观需要,也是高等院校履行服务经济社会职能的自觉行动。研究立足月亮山区脱贫后的现状与问题,力图搭建高校参与月亮山区乡村产业发展的介入模式:构建“校政企农”四方联动的沟通与合作机制,帮助农户精心挑选产业项目,协助政府完善产业规划,强化对农户的知识培训与技术指导,拓展农特产品市场销路等,以期为月亮山区实现“生态美、产业兴、农民富”作出高校应有贡献。

Active participation of colleges and universities in the development of rural industry is an important path choice to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and boost the rural economy.Based on the current situation and problems after poverty alleviation in the moon mountain area,this research tries to build an intervention model for colleges and universities to participate in the development of rural industries in the moon mountain area:build a four-way communication and cooperation mechanism of"school,government,enterprise,and agriculture";help farmers carefully select industrial projects and assist the government to improve industrial planning according to the idea of"ecological industrialization and industrial ecology";strengthen knowledge training and technical guidance;expand the market sales of agricultural products,and make due contributions to the realization of"ecological beauty,industrial prosperity and farmers'wealth"in Moon Mountain area.
