推动中国农业高质量发展研究--基于农产品“有效供给”角度分析

Research on Promoting the High-quality Development of Agriculture in China--From the Perspective of''Effective Supply"of Agricultural Products

党的十八大以来,中国农业发展取得了显著的成就,但也存在供给侧结构性矛盾突出,不能满足消费需求等问题。深化农业供给侧结构性改革,已经成为进入中国特色社会主义新时代后摆在我国农业面前的首要任务。如何确保农产品的供应数量充足、种类多样、质量优良,加快提高农业综合效益和市场竞争力,推动我国农业高质量发展,一是需要推进质量安全保障机制、流通交易机制和利益分配机制创新;二是需要对农业进行全面质量管理,生产高质量农产品;三是需要重构供给体系,增强市场竞争力,提高农业综合效益。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's agricultural development has made remarkable achievements,but there are also some problems,such as prominent supply side structural contradictions and inability to meet consumer demand.Deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side has become the primary task in front of China's agriculture after entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.How to ensure the supply quantity,diversity and quality of agricultural products,accelerate the improvement of agricultural quality,efficiency and market competitiveness,and promote the high-quality development of agriculture in China?First,we need to promote the innovation of quality and safety guarantee mechanism,circulation and transaction mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism;Second,we need pay attention to total quality management of agriculture and the production of high-quality agricultural products;Third,we need to reconstruct the supply system,enhance market competitiveness and improve the comprehensive benefits of agriculture.
