摘要
文章运用问卷调查法和统计分析法,从游客的视角出发,研究游客对榆次老城旅游形象的感知状况和感知程度,结果发现游客对榆次老城整体的旅游形象感知程度不高,总体感知度受居民态度、商业化、节庆活动影响大。最后综合问卷数据分析结果,从维持榆次老城历史文化名城风貌、提高旅游服务水平、控制商业化发展、加强宣传、提升景区休闲娱乐功能等方面提出提升榆次老城形象的对策与建议。
This article from the perspective of tourists to tourists on quality perception of city tourism image as the research content,the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,analyzes the tourists to the quality of the elements of the old town tourism perception,found that visitors to the quality of city tourism image of the whole awareness degree is not high,the overall perception influenced by residents’attitudes,commercialization,festival activities.Finally,based on the results of quantitative analysis of questionnaire data,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the image of yuci old city from the aspects of maintaining the historical and cultural features of yuci old city,improving the level of tourism services,controlling the commercial development,strengthening publicity,and improving the leisure and entertainment functions of the scenic spot.
