在O_(2)/CO_(2)和O_(2)/N_(2)气氛下添加H_(2)对乙炔扩散火焰碳烟生成的影响

摘要 通过二维消光法获得乙炔层流扩散火焰的高度、温度及碳烟含量,研究O_(2)/CO_(2)及O_(2)/N2两种气氛下添加H_(2)对乙炔层流扩散火焰中碳烟生成的影响。结果表明:两种气氛下添加H_(2)对乙炔火焰高度影响微弱,但会升高乙炔火焰温度,温度随H2流量的增加而升高,H2与C2H2的流量比值为0.5时,O_(2)/CO_(2)和O_(2)/N_(2)气氛下火焰最高温度升幅分别为6.1%,3.1%;两种气氛下添加H2对乙炔火焰中的碳烟生成有明显抑制作用,随H2流量的增加火焰碳烟体积分数明显下降,H2与C2H2的流量比值为0.5时,抑制作用最强,O_(2)/CO_(2)和O_(2)/N2气氛下碳烟体积分数降幅分别为24.4%,27.5%。 The height,temperature and soot content of acetylene laminar diffusion flame were obtained by twodimensional extinction method.The effects of H_(2) addition in O_(2)/CO_(2)and O_(2)/N_(2) atmosphere on soot particles in acetylene laminar diffusion flame were studied.The results show that the addition of H2in the two atmospheres has little effect on the height of acetylene flame,but can increase the acetylene flame temperature,and the temperature increases with the increase of H2flow.When the flow ratio of H_(2) to C_(2)H_(2) is 0.5,the maximum flame temperature increases in O_(2)/CO_(2)and O_(2)/N2atmospheres are 6.1%and 3.1%respectively.The addition of H2in the two atmospheres can significantly inhibit the formation of soot in acetylene flame,with the increase of H2flow,the soot volume fraction decreases significantly.When the flow ratio of H_(2) to C_(2)H_(2) is 0.5,the inhibition is the strongest and the soot volume fraction decreases by 24.4%and 27.5%in O_(2)/CO_(2)and O_(2)/N_(2)atmospheres respectively.
