机械化学活化对磷酸铁锂电池中锂元素浸出试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统湿法和火法冶金回收废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料中Li元素中存在的不足,设计了"机械化学活化+浸出"联合工艺对Li元素的选择性回收实验。研究了活化方式、球磨参数、浸出参数对锂元素浸出率的影响,并确定了最佳实验参数。该工艺回收废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料中Li元素效率达99.56%,制备的Li_(3)PO_(4)纯度达98.45%。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy in recovering Li from the cathode materials of waste lithium iron phosphate batteries,the selective recovery experiment of Li by the combined process of "mechanochemical activation + leaching" was designed.The effects of activation mode,ball milling parameters and leaching parameters on the leaching rate of lithium were studied,and the optimum experimental parameters were determined.The process recovers Li from the cathode material of waste lithium iron phosphate battery,the efficiency is 99.56%,and the purity of Li_(3)PO_(4) is 98.45%.
