摘要
呋喃属于五元含氧杂环化合物,不仅是许多生物活性分子、药物和天然产物的核心结构,还是十分重要的有机合成中间体,应用十分广泛。一直以来,呋喃和呋喃衍生物合成是有关学者的研究热点。对多取代呋喃合成方法进行综述。
Furan is a five membered oxygen-containing heterocyclic compound,which is not only the core structure of many bioactive molecules,drugs and natural products.It is also a very important intermediate in organic synthesis and has a wide range of application value.For a long time,the synthesis of furan and furan derivatives has been a research hotspot of relevant scholars.The synthetic methods of polysubstituted furans were reviewed.
