摘要
分光光度法是定量分析配合物的重要方法,用分光光度法分析和测定八面体配合物的晶体场分裂能是较为基础的定量分析方法。通过改变配合物浓度以及配体金属离子的化合价,对比八面体配合物最大波长变化,间接地判断晶体场分裂能大小,并对配合物晶体场分裂能大小的变化因素进行探讨,对进一步研究配离子的结构稳定性有着积极作用。
Spectrophotometry is an important method for quantitative analysis of complexes.It can provide a basic quantitative analysis to determinate the crystal field splitting energy of octahedral complexes.In this experiment,by changing the concentration of complexes and the valence of ligand metal ions,and comparing the maximum wavelength change of octahedral complexes,the magnitude of crystal field splitting energy is indirectly determined.Finally,the factors that change the magnitude of crystal field splitting energy of complexes is discussed.The method has a positive effect on further study of the structural stability of ligand ions.
