摘要
采用撬装过滤设备SiC陶瓷膜试验了对煤基费托蜡异构化HN基础油产品发黑组分的截留效果。试验发现,SiC陶瓷膜物理分离方法对HN产品中发黑组分起到一定的过滤去除效果,外观透光性增强,但是与原液标准样相比较,尚不能达到完全改观。
The retention effect of blackened components of coal based Fischer Tropsch isomerized HN base oil products was tested by skid mounted filtration equipment SiC ceramic membrane.It is found that the physical separation method of SiC ceramic membrane has a certain filtering and removal effect on the blackened components in HN products,and the appearance transmittance is enhanced.However,compared with the standard sample of stock solution,it can not be completely improved.
