摘要 高瓦斯矿井作为矿物开采行业生产活动中的高风险区域,针对U型通风工作面的瓦斯治理技术研究尤其重要。以A煤矿U型通风作业面的瓦斯治理为研究案例,探讨了高瓦斯矿井U型通风工作面瓦斯治理面临的难题,从钻孔护孔、封孔联孔、抽采工艺优化等角度,提出了瓦斯治理的具体方案。实施结果证明,通过这一系列瓦斯治理技术的应用,可以有效降低工作面区域瓦斯浓度,避免瓦斯超限,确保生产安全。 As a high-risk area in the production activities of mineral mining industry,the research on gas control technology of U-shaped ventilation face is particularly important.Taking the gas control of U-shaped ventilation working face in a coal mine as a research case,this paper discusses the problems faced by gas control in U-shaped ventilation working face in high gas mine,and puts forward the specific scheme of gas control from the perspectives of drilling hole protection,hole sealing and hole connection,and drainage process optimization.The implementation results show that the application of this series of gas control technologies can effectively reduce the gas concentration in the working face area,avoid gas overrun and ensure production safety.
