摘要 为确保采面安全、高效通过陷落柱影响区,提出在采面内通过注浆方式提高陷落柱内泥质胶结砂岩稳定;使用柔性纤维网铺设在液压支架顶梁上避免出现漏矸问题;强化采面用水管理以及底板管理,避免综采设备陷入到底板软岩中。现场应用后,采面得以顺利通过X02陷落柱,期间未出现漏矸或者片帮问题,取得较好应用效果。 In order to ensure that the mining face passes through the influence area of collapse column safely and efficiently,it is proposed to improve the stability of argillaceous cemented sandstone in collapse column by grouting in the mining face.The flexible fiber mesh is laid on the top beam of the hydraulic support to avoid waste leakage.The water management of mining face and floor management are strengthened to avoid fully mechanized mining equipment falling into the soft rock of floor.After field application,the mining face can smoothly pass through X02 collapse column,and there is no waste leakage or wall falling during this period,which has achieved good application effect.
