摘要
为提高采面过陷落柱效率并为降低采煤机截割齿磨耗,提出采用深孔预裂爆破方式辅助采煤机割岩,并以3207综采工作面过X4140陷落柱为工程实例,对深孔预裂爆破方案进行设计。现场应用后,采面得以高效通过X140陷落柱,采面平均推进速度达到4.05 m/d,截割齿消耗速率仅为3.53把/m,取得较为显著的应用成果。研究成果可为其他矿井综采工作面过陷落柱提供借鉴。
In order to improve the efficiency of mining face passing through the collapse column and reduce the wear of shearer cutting teeth,the deep hole presplitting blasting method is proposed to assist the shearer in rock cutting,and the deep hole presplitting blasting scheme is designed by taking the passing through X4140 collapse column of 3207 fully mechanized mining face as an engineering example.After field application,the mining face can efficiently pass through X140 collapse column,the average advancing speed of mining face reaches 4.05 m/d,and the consumption rate of cutting teeth is only 3.53 pieces/m,which has achieved remarkable application results.The research results can provide reference for other fully mechanized mining faces to pass through the collapse column.
