航天制造企业环境风险源分级管理研究

Research on hierarchical management of environmental risk sources in aerospace manufacturing enterprises

摘要 以航天制造企业为例,由于主要工艺以机械加工为主,且不同法人主体单位生产场所交叉,在环境风险源分级管控的过程中,需要细化至单一环境风险源进行分级管控。通过设置环境风险源的分级评判因素,并量化打分规则,研究对企业单一风险源的分级评定方法。 Taking aerospace manufacturing enterprises as an example,because the main process is mainly machining and the production sites of different legal entities are crossed,it is necessary to refine to a single environmental risk source for hierarchical control in the process of hierarchical control of environmental risk sources.By setting the grading evaluation factors of environmental risk sources and quantifying the scoring rules,this paper studies the grading evaluation method of single risk source of enterprises.
