摘要
煤矸石是煤矿开采和洗煤产生的固体废弃物。倾倒的煤矸石不仅占用大量土地,而且污染空气和水。煤矸石的处理和利用已经成为煤炭工业需要解决的主要问题。如何解决这种环境污染,有效利用煤矸石是目前面临的主要课题和难题。分析了煤矸石中氧化铝含量较高,可作为制备硫铝酸盐水泥的氧化铝组分。以煤矸石、石灰石和石膏为主要原料,萤石和重晶石为次要原料,在高温下制备了硫铝酸盐水泥。结果表明,该水泥的主要熟料矿物为硫铝酸盐,主要水合物为钙矾石,7d后水泥的抗压强度为48.9 MPa。这些实验为煤矸石的综合利用提供了一种新的方法。
Coal gangue is a solid waste produced by coal mining and coal washing.The dumped coal gangue not only occupies a lot of land,but also pollutes air and water.The treatment and utilization of coal gangue has become the main problem to be solved in the coal industry.How to solve this environmental pollution and make effective use of coal gangue is the main subject and difficult problem.The content of alumina in coal gangue is high,which can be used as alumina component for preparing sulphoaluminate cement.Sulphoaluminate cement was prepared at high temperature with coal gangue,limestone and gypsum as main raw materials and fluorite and barite as secondary raw materials.The results show that the main clinker mineral of the cement is sulphoaluminate and the main hydrate is ettringite.After 7 days,the compressive strength of the cement is 48.9 MPa.These experiments provide a new method for the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.
