Application analysis of automatic control in sewage treatment

主要从泵房自动控制、沉砂池自动控制、污泥回流量自动控制、细格栅装置自动控制、氧化沟曝气量自动控制等五个方面分析污水处理中自动控制系统的应用,从较多限制因素、线上控制稳定性低等方面探讨了当下污水处理自动控制应用问题,并且给出了优化对策,以期实现高效高质的污水处理目的。

This paper mainly analyzes the application of automatic control system in sewage treatment from five aspects of automatic control of pump house,automatic control of grit chamber,automatic control of sludge return flow,automatic control of fine grid device and automatic control of aeration capacity of oxidation ditch,and discusses the current application of automatic control in sewage treatment from the aspects of many limiting factors and low online control stability.The optimization countermeasures are given in order to realize the purpose of high efficiency and high quality sewage treatment.
