摘要 为了解决刹车片内部缺陷检测困难的问题,根据不同内部构造的刹车片敲击声音不同的原理,设计了一套刹车片内部缺陷检测装置。通过三维软件对装置整体结构进行了设计,主要包括传动、敲击、声音信号处理、分拣四部分。刹车片托盘为承载构件所以对托盘的螺栓强度和托盘本身的刚度分别进行了强度计算和强度仿真实验,保证结构设计的合理性,然后对装置中振动较大的构件进行了模态分析,为动力学设计提供理论基础,还对分拣转盘的转动时间做了理论分析,最后通过实验验证证明该装置具有93%左右的检测准确率,为刹车片检测装置的设计提供了可靠的参考。 In order to solve the problem of difficult detection of internal defects of brake pads,a set of detection device for internal defects of brake pads was designed according to the principle of different internal structures of brake pads with different knocking sounds.The overall structure of the device is designed by three-dimensional software,including transmission,knocking,sound signal processing and sorting.The brake pad pallet is a bearing component,so the strength calculation and strength simulation experiments of the bolt strength of the pallet and the rigidity of the pallet itself are carried out respectively to ensure the rationality of the structural design.Then the modal analysis of the components with larger vibration in the device is carried out,which provides the theoretical basis for the dynamic design and the rotation of the sorting turntable.The theoretical analysis of time is made,and the experimental verification proves that the device has about 93%detection accuracy,which provides a reliable reference for the design of the brake pad detection device.
