摘要
对分区拣选系统研究在线订单分批策略。基于排队论角度,采用随机过程、随机服务系统的基本理论与方法,构建串行分区下订单不分批与订单固定时间窗分批拣选的随机服务系统模型,确定要研究对比的系统效率指标。在MATLAB R2019a软件环境下模拟在线订单到达情况,分析系统效率指标并找出分区拣选系统的最优分批策略。仿真验证结果表明,采用固定时间窗订单分批操作的服务系统强度优于不分批操作服务系统,大约能降低30%左右,可以进一步提高拣选效率,同时通过与其它模型的比较,所提出的串行分区订单拣选系统下的分批方式更适用于现有的电商仓库,有效避免通道拥挤的情况。
The online order batching strategy is studied for the partition picking system.Based on the queuing theory,this paper uses the basic theory and method of stochastic process and stochastic service system to construct the stochastic service system model of order non batching and order fixed time window batch picking under serial partition,and determines the system efficiency index to be studied and compared.In the MATLAB R2019 a software environment,the online order arrival situation is simulated,the system efficiency index is analyzed and the optimal batching strategy of the partition picking system is found.The simulation results show that the strength of the service system with fixed time window batch operation is better than that of the service system without batch operation,which can reduce about 30%and further improve the picking efficiency.At the same time,compared with other models,the batch mode of the serial partition order picking system proposed in this paper is more suitable for the existing e-commerce warehouse,and can effectively avoid the channel congestion.
