航空发动机热起动过程中转子热弯曲振动特性研究

摘要 针对航空发动机在试验起动过程中振动响应显著增大、压气机转子出现偏磨的问题,基于试验过程中的机匣振动测试数据,识别出发动机振动异常现象与发动机热起动过程中存在的转子热弯曲相关。通过综合分析不同热起动条件对发动机振动响应的影响规律,制定了热起动前进行2次冷运转,冷机时间控制在不大于36 min或不小于75min的起动方案,解决了发动机热起动中的转子热弯曲问题,同时验证了该试验热起动方案对于保证发动机转子系统安全运转的有效性。 For vibration response of an aero-engine increasing obviously and eccentric wear fault of compressor rotor, based on the analysis of the casing vibration data during test, the analysis results showed that the rotor bow during hot start contributed to the abnormal phenomenon of vibration. The effect of different modes of hot starting on casing vibration response was investigated and the suitable mode was constituted,which advised that twice cold operations was demanded before hot start and 36~75 min of engine cooling to minish thermal vibration. The rotor bow phenomenon disappeared in the later period test, which proved that the mode of hot start was valid and safe operation of aero-engine rotor system can be assured.
