摘要
新型装配式无砟轨道结构在城市轨道交通的建设中具有广泛的应用前景。针对新型装配式无砟轨道结构的选型、限位方案、几何参数等关键设计问题,基于ABAQUS软件建立有限元分析模型,对其力学特性进行深入探讨与研究,寻求最优的结构设计方案。分析结果表明,对于装配式无砟轨道的结构形式,建议采取有缓冲垫无调整层的板式结构形式,既能节省工程投资,又能满足装配式轨道结构的工作性能,也便于后期的养护维修;对于轨道结构的限位方式,建议选用圆柱形凸台限位;对于轨道板厚度,根据分析结果,同时考虑工程投资和施工难度,建议取值为260 mm。
The new prefabricated ballastless track structure has a wide application prospect in the construction of urban rail transit. Aiming at the key design problems of the type selection, limit scheme and geometric parameters of the new assembled ballastless track structure, the finite element analysis model was established based on ABAQUS software to deeply discuss and study its mechanical characteristics and seek for the optimal design scheme. The results of optimization analysis show that for the structure form of assembled ballastless track, it is suggested to adopt the slab track structure with cushion and no adjustment layer, which can not only economize project investment, but also meet the required working performance of assembled track structure, and facilitate the maintenance and repair later. For the limit mode of slab track structure, it is suggested to choose cylindrical appendage. As for the thickness of slab track, according to the analysis results and considering the project investment and construction difficulty, the suggested value of track slab is 260 mm.
