摘要 瓦斯灾害是困扰厚煤层开采矿井生产的棘手难题。五虎山煤矿由于抽放设备的机械效率、设备使用年限等原因使得乙泵站内2BEC52型水环式真空泵实际抽放能力已达到最大抽放能力,而井下增加两台移动抽放泵用以辅助抽放采空区瓦斯,但移动抽放泵抽放能力较小、只能临时解决局部区域瓦斯涌出量大的问题,为解决高瓦斯大采高综采工作面的瓦斯抽放问题,对抽放系统进行优化设计和科学选型,建立了完善可靠的抽放系统,解决了工作面在高效快速推进中的瓦斯抽放的难题,为工作面的高产高效提供了保障。 Gas disaster is a difficult problem in the mining of thick coal seam.Five wuhushan coal due to the mechanical efficiency of drainage equipment,equipment use fixed number of year of making b pump station within 2BEC52 water ring type vacuum pump actual drainage capacity has reached the maximum drainage capacity,and add two mobile goaf drainage pumps to facilitate drainage,but mobile drainage pump drainage capacity small,can only temporarily solve the problem of large local gas emission,In order to solve the problem of gas drainage in fully-mechanized working face with high gas and large mining height,the optimized design and scientific selection of the drainage system were carried out,and a perfect and reliable drainage system was established,which solved the problem of gas drainage in the efficient and rapid advance of the working face,and provided a guarantee for the high production and high efficiency of the working face.
