综采工作面深孔爆破过地质构造工业性试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 祥升煤矿3303工作面回采期间遇陷落柱、断层、异常区等地质构造,为保障工作面安全、高效、顺利地通过断层,结合工作面地质条件,采用超深孔爆破技术在回风巷异常区进行试验,包括对钻孔布置、爆破设计等作了具体设计,并制定了相应的设备防护和除尘措施。现场试验效果表明,超深孔爆破技术可弱化岩石的力学特性,岩石由坚硬变为松软,可直接切割推过构造异常区,说明此项技术可使工作面回采工作有序的推进,保障了安全作业与正常的回采进度及生产效率。 During the mining period of 3303 working face in Xiangsheng mine,the collapse column,fault,abnormal area and other geological structures are encountered.In order to ensure the working face to pass through the fault safely,efficiently and smoothly,combined with the geological conditions of the working face,the ultra deep hole blasting technology is used to carry out the test in the abnormal area of the return air roadway,including the specific design of drilling layout and blasting design,and the corresponding equipment protection and dust removal measures are formulated Shi.The field test results show that the ultra deep hole blasting technology can weaken the mechanical properties of rock,the rock can be changed from hard to soft,and the rock can be directly cut and pushed through the abnormal structural area,which shows that this technology can make the mining work of working face advance orderly,and ensure the safe operation and normal mining progress and production efficiency.
