摘要
针对汾源煤业5-101工作面倾角大的问题,通过理论分析,发现工作面液压支架倾倒临界角大小与工作阻力成正比,与走向角度及顶板岩层的侧向压力成反比,且周期来压期间液压支架更易失稳倾倒。提出增大液压支架与顶板岩层间的摩擦系数、液压支架上加设防滑千斤顶和防倾倒装置并调整移架方式的方法保证工作面液压支架稳定。现场试验结果表明,液压支架整体稳定性良好。
Aiming at the problem of large angle of 5-101 working face of Fenyuan coal industry,through theoretical analysis,it is found that the critical angle of hydraulic support dumping at the working face is proportional to the working resistance,and inversely proportional to the strike angle and the lateral pressure of the roof strata,and the hydraulic support is more prone to instability and toppling during periodic pressure.The method of increasing the friction coefficient between the hydraulic support and the roof rock layer,adding anti-skid jacks and anti-tilting devices on the hydraulic support,and adjusting the way of moving the frame is proposed to ensure the stability of the hydraulic support at the working face.Field test results show that the overall stability of the hydraulic support is good.
