基于CiteSpace的精神分裂症护理与康复的可视化分析

Visualized analysis of nursing and rehabilitation for schizophrenia based on CiteSpace

目的通过分析近10年精神分裂症护理与康复研究态势,为精神分裂症护理与康复研究提供思路。方法检索2011—2020年收录于Web of Science核心合集数据库中的相关文献,借助CiteSpace进行精神分裂症护理与康复研究时间分布、地域分布、关键词共现与聚类、关键词突现的分析。结果精神分裂症护理与康复发文量总体呈上升趋势,发文量最多的前4位国家是美国、英国、澳大利亚和中国。关键词共现聚类分析得出3个维度的研究热点:采用最多的研究方式是Meta分析,其次是干预、量表以及预测;研究对象除了常见的慢性精神分裂症患者,首发精神分裂症患者也得到广泛关注;研究内容主要是认知矫正、病耻感和心理健康以及生活质量。关键词突现揭示病耻感、量表、社区康复服务和支持性就业是研究趋势。结论精神分裂症护理与康复研究持续受到关注,且本文对我国在精神分裂症的临床护理和康复研究方面具有一定借鉴意义。

Objective To grasp the research situation of nursing and rehabilitation of schizophrenia in recent 10 years and provide ideas for the research of nursing and rehabilitation of schizophrenia. Methods Relevant literatures collected in the Web of Science core collection database from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved, and CiteSpace was used to analyze the time distribution, country distribution, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, and keyword emergence of schizophrenia nursing and rehabilitation research. Results The number of articles on schizophrenia nursing and rehabilitation was on the rise. The top four countries with the largest number of articles were the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and China. Key words co-occurrence cluster analysis shows three dimensions of research hotspots. Meta analysis was the most frequently used research method, followed by intervention, scale and prediction;In addition to chronic schizophrenic patients, first-episode schizophrenic patients also received attention;The main research contents are cognitive mediation, stigma, mental health and quality of life. The key words emergence reveals that stigma, scale, community rehabilitation service and supportive employment are the research trends. Conclusion The research on the nursing and rehabilitation of schizophrenia continues to receive attention. This paper has guiding significance for the clinical nursing and rehabilitation research of schizophrenia in China.
